1. Is it necessary to be a professional athlete to hire Tabalú?
No, although our service is designed for professional athletes. Our method helps improve performance and directly affects the achievement of objectives. An amateur athlete can also use Tabalú if they wish to do so.
2. Do I have to hire Tabalú nutritionist or can they be independent from Tabalú?
You choose! At Tabalú we have nutritionists who can do your personalised follow-up for a monthly or one-off fee. We can also work directly with your own or the club's nutritionist. The most important thing is to ensure an individualised follow-up that allows our services to have a concrete impact on your desired results.
3. Who is my main contact at Tabalú?
The nutritionist is in charge of monitoring your menus so that they are in line with your goals. Our chefs coordinate with Tabalú's nutritionist and our sports nutrition specialists are responsible for communication.
4. How many courses are there in a menu?
The menu consists of three courses: starter, main course and dessert.
Is there a variety of weekly menus?
Of course!
One of our main objectives is that you enjoy eating, each weekly proposal is different, so you don't get bored of always eating the same thing. Of course, if you have a favorite dish, we will not hesitate to prepare it as often as you like, as long as the defined nutrition strategy allows it.
Can Tabalú cook for my family?
That's right, it would be a pleasure!
To help the athlete maintain healthy habits, we understand that the family is an important ally, so Tabalú prepares healthy menus at a lower cost for the family, as they do not involve the athlete monitoring. We take into account taste preferences, intolerances and/or allergies of each person so that the menus are not only healthy but also enjoyable.
7. What happens if I have food intolerances and/or allergies?
Thanks to our complete questionnaire on preferences, tastes and special indications, everything is considered: intolerances, allergies, and types of diet (vegetarian, vegan, halal, religious etc.) so that you don't have to worry about anything when enjoying our dishes.
8. What is the minimum time I can contract Tabalú?
The minimum service is 3 months for an individual athlete and a full season for a team (club). Less time would not make sense and it would not be possible to appreciate the real impact on the results of the athlete.
9. What is the delivery schedule?
It's up to you!
Whether for lunch or dinner, we adapt to your needs. Once the delivery or pick-up time is arranged, Tabalú sets everything in motion. Keep in mind that part of our success is in the planning, so any changes to the timetable have to be for the whole week's services and communicated when selecting the weekly menu. The delivery time must not be later than 21:30.
Does Tabalú serve at the weekend?
Yes, whenever you want!
Our standard service is 5 days a week, but you can extend it to 6 or 7 days if you wish. Depending on your area of residence, delivery prices may vary slightly (a 15% surcharge on the regular transport rate).

11. What happens to the service if I go on holiday?
If you go on holiday or you are unable to receive the service at home, the service will be put on hold until your return, with a maximum limit of 1 week (7 days without service). This needs to be communicated with the previous choice of the weekly menu.
12. Can I change the delivery address for the services?
There is no problem if you need to change the delivery address, as long as the new location is within the same radius as your usual address and you notify us 24 hours in advance. If this is not possible, we will adjust the delivery costs to reflect the change. You also have the option to pick up your food at our facilities, if this suits you better.
13. Club: If my sports complex, or club, does not have its own kitchen, how do I hire Tabalú?
If a club does not have kitchen facilities, Tabalú has the capacity to open a new kitchen to offer our service to the team.
14. Club: Does Tabalú adapt to every athlete in the same team?
Of course!
Each athlete is different, so we adapt the menus and portion control of each athlete, whether to eat or for travel (picnic), as the club's nutritionist or our nutritionist will indicate each player's needs.
